The ideal candidate will be outgoing, customer-focused, organized, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys sales and building long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options to customers Sell and service personal lines insurance products Develop new business through leads, referrals, and existing customer relationships Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new customers Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Handle customer questions and policy changes professionally Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products Maintain accurate customer and policy information Meet individual and agency sales goals Provide an exceptional customer experience Qualifications Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred Allstate Insurance Co prior experience preferred Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional telephone manner Strong sales and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good computer skills Bilingual candidates are welcome Must be dependable, professional, and motivated
