We bring in live inbound calls and give our agents the systems and carrier options to help the person on the other end of the phone. A lot of the people calling us already have some type of life insurance. Your job is to understand what they currently have, figure out what they actually need, and see if we can put them in a better position. No cold calling. No door knocking. No calling friends and family. No sitting on the phone all day hoping someone finally answers. You take the calls and sell. What You'll Be Doing You'll be taking live inbound calls and helping clients find coverage that makes sense for their situation.

Reviewing their current coverage and needs Quoting multiple carriers and products Handling objections and closing over the phone Completing applications Following your business through placement Learning our scripts and sales process Choose the Setup That Works for You We have three different options depending on how you want to run your business. 55% Comp | Free Inbound Calls This option is for agents who are ready to treat this like a full time opportunity. Because we're covering the cost of your inbound calls, you must be able to work 5 days a week consistently with no distractions during your scheduled hours. We're looking for agents who are going to show up every day, stay available for calls, follow the system, and take the opportunity seriously. If you're looking to work a couple days here and there or fit this around another job during the day, this option probably isn't the right fit. 75% Comp | Discounted Inbound Calls Want more flexibility and higher comp? You can purchase inbound calls at a discounted rate while keeping 75% comp. This gives you more control over your schedule and how much call volume you want to take. 85% Comp | Paid Inbound Calls For agents who want our highest starting comp and are comfortable investing in their own inbound calls. You control how much you want to invest and how aggressively you want to build your business. What We Give You We don't want to contract you and then leave you wondering what to do next. You'll have access to our inbound system, multiple carriers, scripts, training, coaching, technology, backend support, and a team of agents running the same system every day. Whether you've already sold life insurance or you're newer to the industry, we'll show you how we run our business and what's working for our agents. What You Need to Get Started You must already have an active life insurance license and hold a minimum of 10 active state licenses . You must also be able to get approved with at least 3 of our core carriers: Mutual of Omaha Transamerica Fidelity Life Ethos Americo American Amicable To be eligible to contract with us, you must not have submitted business within the last 6 months with at least 3 of the carriers listed above. You must also be willing and able to terminate any outside life insurance contracts that conflict with contracting through our organization. Before starting the onboarding process, we'll review your current carrier contracts and recent production to make sure you're eligible to move forward. We're also looking for agents who are comfortable selling over the phone, willing to follow our system, open to coaching, and consistent with their work. Experience is a plus, but we're open to newer licensed agents too. If you're motivated, coachable, and willing to put the work in, we can teach you our system. What Your First 3 Weeks Look Like If we both feel like it's the right fit, it usually takes about 3 weeks to get you completely set up and taking calls. Week 1 | Onboarding You'll complete your onboarding, we'll review your current carrier situation, and you'll start contracting with our carriers. Week 2 | Orientation You'll go through a 3 day orientation with our national trainer while finishing your carrier contracts and getting everything ready to go live. Week 3 | Go Live Once you have at least 3 of our core carriers approved and 10 or more active state licenses, we can get you live and taking inbound calls. We want you set up correctly before we start putting calls in front of you. Work In Office or Remote We'd love to have you in one of our offices if you're close by.
