Their professionals specialize in sophisticated risk transfer, claims management, and legal support for complex corporate and coverage matters. Insurance carriers consistently prefer working with their clients due to their disciplined approach, strong communication, and proven ability to enhance performance while reducing exposure. Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished Senior Insurance Marketing & Placement Professional to lead the placement of complex risks and support ongoing revenue growth. This senior, market-facing role works closely with Account Executives and client teams to structure, negotiate, and deliver advanced insurance solutions. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, established carrier relationships, and the credibility to influence senior underwriting and carrier leadership. Key Responsibilities Insurance Marketing & Placement Lead the placement of large, complex, and specialty risks across multiple product lines. Develop and execute strategic placement plans for new business and renewals. Negotiate pricing, terms, limits, and coverage structures with carriers and reinsurers, including support for captive programs. Deliver optimized coverage solutions aligned with client risk profiles and commercial objectives. Carrier Relationship Management Build and maintain senior-level relationships with carriers and underwriting leadership. Maintain a strong understanding of carrier appetite, capacity, and underwriting trends. Producer & Client Support Support new business development and client retention initiatives. Provide technical guidance and strategic insight on complex risks and placements. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and carriers on coverage design, risk transfer strategy, and claims positioning. Participate in high-level renewal discussions and carrier negotiations. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor market conditions, pricing dynamics, and shifts in carrier capacity or appetite. Contribute to business planning, strategic initiatives, and overall market strategy. Requirements Essential Minimum of 5 years' experience as a broker or insurance placement specialist. Demonstrated success placing complex and high-value risks. Strong negotiation skills with senior underwriters and carrier decision-makers. Well-established carrier relationships. Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of operating independently. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Desirable Experience in Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, or Specialty insurance. Personal Attributes Commercially astute with a strong client-focused mindset. Confident and credible at senior market and client levels. Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborative, results-driven, and highly professional.
