Warehouse Material & Asset Manager (Bilingual Mandarin/English)

Fluent Mandarin & English About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Material & Asset Expert to lead asset management, operational equipment planning, and material control initiatives across a rapidly growing logistics network. This role will play a critical part in supporting nationwide warehouse expansion, ensuring operational readiness, and optimizing the utilization of equipment, consumables, and fixed assets. The ideal candidate has experience in large-scale logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, parcel delivery, or supply chain operations and is comfortable managing assets across multiple sites while driving cost control and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and standardize material consumption, equipment utilization, and asset management policies across nationwide operations. Lead management of operational equipment, PDA devices, warehouse tools, uniforms, and fixed assets across multiple facilities. Establish robust asset tracking, auditing, and accountability systems to ensure accurate inventory records and loss prevention. Coordinate material allocation, replenishment, and transfers between warehouses, hubs, and operational sites. Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse leadership teams to support supply planning and purchasing decisions. Monitor material and equipment costs, identify savings opportunities, and drive cost-control initiatives. Support new warehouse launches, network expansion projects, and operational site setup activities. Analyze asset utilization and material consumption trends to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor asset performance and inventory health across the network. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational scalability and asset productivity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in asset management, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or fulfillment operations. 2+ years of management experience. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, fixed asset management, and operational equipment planning. Experience supporting multi-site logistics or distribution networks. Proven ability to manage large-scale asset inventories and cross-functional projects. Advanced Excel skills and experience with WMS, ERP, inventory, or asset management systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Experience with Amazon, JD Logistics, Cainiao, SF Express, UPS, FedEx, Walmart, DHL, GXO, or similar large-scale logistics organizations is highly preferred.
