Job Description
A Family Office & Wealth Manager is looking for a Senior Client Operations to support the firm and their clients. About the job Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, their families, and their external service providers. Maintain centralized documentation and manage access controls. Oversee household and entity accounts payable and receivable. Categorize and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established budgets. Assist with the subscription process and ongoing administration of private fund investments. Support the monitoring and analyzing client investment portfolios. Help prepare reports on investment performance and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Coordinate relationships with external service providers, such as lawyers, accountants, trust administrators, and investment managers to ensure integrated planning. Work with tax professionals to ensure proper tax filings and compliance with tax laws. Support the onboarding of new client relationships, including gathering information, organizing account information and coordinating account openings. Prepare agendas and materials for client meetings and ensure timely follow-through on action items. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Manage risk and assisting Firm in adhering to regulatory compliance and operational policies and procedures. Desired Skills and Experience 3-5+ years of client-facing experience in financial services (family office operations, wealth management client service, trust administration, bookkeeping/accounting, or bill pay) Prior experience at an RIA, Family Office or large accounting firm. Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees or designations are considered, but not required. Thrives in project management, is well-organized and deadline driven. Has a professional and polished presence, while also showing warmth and care. High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
