Job Summary:
We are supporting a temporary opportunity for an experienced portfolio leader to strengthen planning, governance, transparency, and decision support across a complex technology portfolio. Our team is looking for a professional who can translate portfolio data and cross-functional input into clear recommendations that help leaders make informed trade-offs and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and improve portfolio operating rhythms, including monthly business reviews, annual operating planning, quarterly planning, and actuals-versus-forecast reviews. Synthesize portfolio status, risks, dependencies, investment signals, and decisions into clear executive-ready narratives and portfolio health reporting. Partner across business and technology groups to support integrated planning, prioritization, capacity alignment, sequencing, and scenario discussions. Establish and refine portfolio intake, governance, tooling, reporting, and process improvements that increase consistency, decision quality, and adoption.
Required:
8+ years of experience in technology portfolio management, strategic planning, technical program management, business operations, or a related discipline, including enterprise-scale experience. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Demonstrated experience leading portfolio planning, governance, prioritization, executive reporting, and cross-functional decision forums. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with financial, capacity, delivery, and outcome data to develop insights and recommendations.
