Job Description
General Description Makes and services a variety of secured and unsecured loans or lines of credit. Provides other customer services as may be required. Cross sells bank products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Makes and services loans under standard procedures based on bank policies and federal regulations. 2. Interviews loan customers; Obtains and analyzes necessary financial information; performs credit checks; prepares loan documentation. 3. Makes decisions on loan and terms within own authority, or recommends loan to superior officer or loan committee. 4. Conducts regular reviews of current loans, watches for any potential problems. 5. Monitors loan repayment activities and past due accounts; initiates collection action as necessary. 6. Corrects credit and/or loan documentation exceptions and collateral deficiencies. 7. Calls on potential and existing customers as part of bank's business development activities; services existing loans; cross sells bank products and services. 8. Voting member of Loan Committee. 9. Participates in community affairs as a representative of the bank. 10. Must maintain current
