Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, focused, and energetic Loan Officer to join our growing Producer Group. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to support high-volume loan origination, processing, and servicing while ensuring compliance with all industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume pipeline and assist clients throughout the loan application process, clearly explaining loan options and requirements. Collect, review, and verify financial documentation to ensure accuracy for rapid upfront underwriting and approval. Conduct credit analysis and evaluate borrower qualifications using financial and accounting software. Communicate and review loan terms with clients while maintaining strict compliance with Fair Housing and TILA regulations. Prepare and review contracts, escrow documents, and other mortgage-related paperwork. Work seamlessly with our in-house underwriters, processors, and internal teams to eliminate friction and ensure smooth, fast closings. Stay current on FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines, mortgage servicing standards, and banking regulations. Qualifications & Skills Active NMLS License required. Experience in high-volume financial sales, mortgage origination, or loan processing. Strong understanding of loan processing and underwriting procedures. Ability to build immediate rapport, clearly explain complex financial concepts, and build trust with clients. Familiarity with FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, Fair Housing laws, and mortgage servicing practices. Proficiency in financial and accounting software (Quicken or similar tools preferred) and standard CRM/LOS platforms. Strong attention to detail with solid math and data entry skills (10-key experience a plus). Knowledge of contracts, credit analysis, escrow procedures, and banking operations.
