Full Job Description Portfolio Servicing Associate/Manager Location:

St. Petersburg, FL (In-Office)

Reports To:

Servicing Manager & Controller Experience:

2-6 years in commercial lending, database management, mortgage operations or closing, accounting, or equipment lease or loan servicing. Desire to learn AI. Position Overview We are a growing commercial equipment leasing fund manager with institutional backing seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Servicing Associate. You will manage daily portfolio administration, ensure accurate financial tracking, and support both lease servicing and corporate accounting functions. A desire to learn and be fluent in AI applications is a must.

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Administration:

Manage daily commercial equipment lease servicing workflows.

Payment Processing:

Remit, post, and reconcile daily borrower lease payments.

Delinquency Management:

Monitor aging reports and execute early-stage collections.

Financial Reporting:

Assist the Controller with month-end portfolio reconciliations.

Customer Service:

Resolve lessee inquiries regarding billing and payoffs.

Data Integrity:

Maintain accurate contract data within the servicing system.

Qualifications Experience:

2-6 years in commercial lending or leasing.

Skills:

Strong understanding of lease/loan structures and amortization.

Tech Stack:

Proficiency in commercial servicing software and MS Excel. Desire to become fluent in AI, starting with intensive training.

Pay:

$51,927.39 - $115,000.00 per year
