Job Description
4 Corner Resources is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer to join a growing real estate organization. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Loan Officer who thrives in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment and wants to maximize earning potential. You will work primarily with warm, inbound leads, helping prospective borrowers navigate the lending process from initial conversation through closing. Loan Officer Responsibilities Handle primarily inbound calls from warm, interested leads Follow up with warm leads as needed, with no traditional cold calling Speak with prospective borrowers to understand their financing needs and determine appropriate next steps Guide borrowers through the loan application and lending process from initial conversation through closing Explain loan options, requirements, documentation, and next steps clearly Maintain consistent communication with borrowers throughout the process Follow up on outstanding documentation and help keep loans moving toward closing Maintain accurate borrower and loan information within internal systems Meet individual performance and loan closing goals Loan Officer Qualifications Active Loan Officer license required Bilingual Spanish and English required Ability to successfully complete required background screening Strong phone communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a high volume, performance driven environment Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently guide prospective borrowers through the lending process Strong follow up, organization, and attention to detail Motivated by a compensation structure that rewards successfully closed loans Additional Info Starting pay: $20/hr + bonus Fully onsite in Lake Mary, FL 3-6-month contract with intent to convert Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (One Saturday per month is required) 4CR1
