MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Licensing:

Must hold a valid mortgage loan originator registration in accordance with state regulations.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
