On Target Earnings Responsibilities:

Lead the escrow team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly. Foster strong relationships with agents and clients, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business. Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve any issues that arise during the closing process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, sharing insights with the team to enhance our service. Implement and refine processes to improve workflow and reduce errors, contributing to the team's overall success. Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers within the company.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing escrow operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients, fostering repeat business. Proven track record of overseeing the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
