Personal Closing Specialists Transnation Title Agency - 3.7 Clinton Township, MI Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Transnation Title Agency is looking for a Personal Closing Specialists to join our Clinton Township Officer. This person will be responsible for processing title and escrow orders, coordinating transaction documentation, and supporting the closing process for real estate transactions where title insurance is provided. This role works closely with customers, lenders, real estate professionals, and internal teams to help ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time. What You Will Do Order and File Processing Obtain and review information necessary to place title and escrow orders into the production system. Process escrow files and assist in preparing files for closing. Ensure title commitments, closing protection letters, wire instructions, and supporting documents are completed and delivered in a timely manner. Review surveys, legal descriptions, purchase agreements, and related documents for accuracy and completeness. Track file activity and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic filing system. Customer Service and Communication Provide proactive and professional communication throughout the transaction process. Coordinate closing dates and times with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other parties involved. Respond to customer emails and phone calls while delivering excellent customer service. Communicate customer concerns or potential business opportunities to the sales team. Administrative Support Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned by management. Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information. Support a collaborative and team oriented work environment. Skills We Are Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage both positive and challenging situations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with regular and predictable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information responsibly Working knowledge of RESPA, federal, and state regulations related to title and escrow transactions is preferred. But not required Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable working within multiple software systems and document management platforms. Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Education and Experience High school diploma required. Minimum of 2 years of experience within the title insurance, escrow, mortgage, banking, or real estate industry is preferred but not required. An equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant work experience may be considered based on the needs of the position and applicable requirements Licenses Michigan Residential Producer License preferred or ability to obtain. Notary Public preferred or ability to obtain. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Work Environment This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires strong organization and the ability to meet deadlines.
