Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for the complete loan cycle, from initial inquiry to loan closing and servicing Request, compile, and organize all necessary documents related to the underwriting process Conduct financial analyses to evaluate the credit soundness of a lending applicant Review and update required financial and collateral records for existing credit files Answer client and prospective borrower commercial lending related inquiries and provide excellent customer service Qualifications /Requirements:
BA/BS degree Required Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills Korean Speaking Preferred Full-time position Commercial Loan Closing Officer Duties Coordinate all aspects of commercial loan closings, including preparing and reviewing closing documents such as contracts, promissory notes, and security agreements. Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, and clients to gather necessary documentation and verify accuracy. Review requirements to ensure all conditions are met prior to closing. Manage loan processing activities including document preparation, escrow coordination, and funding procedures. Maintain detailed records of all closing activities Skills Experience with loan origination procedures and credit analysis techniques preferred. Proficiency in banking operations, loan processing systems preferred. Understanding of escrow procedures and mortgage documentation requirements. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Ability to interpret complex financial data accurately and efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:
