Job Description

BizTek People is looking for an seasoned LoanIq Data Migration Project Manager for our client in NYC and NJ!
Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support a lending platform replacement initiative. The role involves leading the implementation of a new loan servicing system, including systems integration, data migration, reporting, and testing. The candidate will contribute to the design of a new target operating model and help document updated business processes. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders across operations, technology, program management, finance, credit, and risk teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the successful migration of loan data from the legacy platform to LoanIQ Define and manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies within the data migration workstream Identify risks, manage escalations, and support mitigation efforts Oversee testing phases for data migration and ensure alignment on acceptance criteria Coordinate data cleanup efforts and lead cutover planning and execution Facilitate requirements gathering for operational reporting and control processes Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to address risks, issues, and project updates Provide post-go-live support and contribute to project stabilization Share implementation best practices based on prior experience with large-scale systems transitions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Minimum 15 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or systems implementation Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technology or operations projects Strong background in lending operations Experience with LoanIQ implementation or enhancement projects Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities SQL experience preferred
