8:30 AM•5:00 PM (Central Time) Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan/Asset Administrator to support structured finance operations, specifically within Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) portfolios. This role involves managing portfolio data, processing financial transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage daily portfolio activity within internal systems for CLO/CDO structures Set up new portfolios, assets, and cash flow mappings Process and update transaction notices received from agent banks and trustees Reconcile portfolio data across multiple sources and investigate discrepancies Monitor and resolve exceptions, including unapplied cash and past due balances Ensure accurate and timely entry of corporate action instructions Communicate with external partners (e.g., agent banks, trustees) to follow up on missing payments or reports Support daily reporting and ensure data integrity across systems Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Effective communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in banking operations, loan processing, or financial services Familiarity with financial instruments, loan portfolios, or capital markets Experience with data reconciliation and exception handling Additional Information This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build experience in financial operations and structured finance within a collaborative, process-driven environment.
