Job Description

MortgageTree Lending is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential mortgage loans and develop referral relationships with Realtors and other business partners. This is a 100% commission-based position with flexible, part-time opportunities available. This role focuses primarily on purchase business, client relationship management, and long-term referral growth. The Loan Officer will be responsible for prospecting, pre-qualifying borrowers, structuring loan scenarios, and managing transactions from application through closing with support from in-house processing and operations.
