ROLE IMPACT

The Escrow Officer will help keep HELOC and refinance transactions progressing accurately and efficiently from opening through closing. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple parties while ensuring transaction documentation remains accurate and on schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resolve routine transaction issues and escalate concerns when necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication with lenders, customers, and transaction partners Opportunity to put specialized escrow and mortgage transaction experience to work immediately
