This position will be responsible for processing and coordinating Self-Directed IRA transactions related to precious metals, working with custodians and clients to ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Process new and existing Self-Directed IRA transactions Coordinate IRA transfers, rollovers, and required documentation Communicate with IRA custodians, clients, and internal departments Track transactions and follow up on outstanding paperwork or funding Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete Provide excellent customer service throughout the IRA process

Requirements:

2-3 years of IRA processing experience within the gold/precious metals industry

REQUIRED

Experience working with Self-Directed IRAs and IRA custodians Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Monday -Friday on site 8 hour shifts
