Successful candidates will share Envista's Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed. What you'll do: Assist borrowers with 2nd mortgage applications. Submit 2nd mortgage loan applications to underwriters for decisioning. Generate and assemble documents for delivery to title company, lending officer and/or member. Create and send initial disclosures to borrowers. Verify accuracy of title commitments, insurance forms and other required loan documents. Prepare file for closing. Create closing documents, schedule and close loan with borrowers. Prepare file for funding. Assist members with mortgage loan applications. Provide required information for Advisor's to complete application analysis in a timely fashion; follow up to ensure all aspects of the transaction have been correctly and satisfactorily completed. Assists members and potential members (primarily over the phone) with their mortgage needs, identifies and cross sells products and services beneficial to members, answer questions about mortgage products and services and refer department questions to appropriate team member. Assist with any documentation collection, order and create loan documents and coordinate loan closings. Other duties as assigned
