Job Description

Job Overview:
You'd make an excellent Commercial Loan Processor if you consider yourself highly detailed, enjoy puzzles, working with legal documents, and take pride in your work. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Processing approved new commercial loans, renewal, letters of credit, extension, modification, and deferral agreements, and any other documentation as necessary. Reviewing Attorney prepared loan packages. Booking loans to the bank's core system (FIS Horizon XE). Engaging in the development and continual evolution of process and procedure updates to ensure knowledge is shared amongst the team.
Requirements for the position include:
A high school diploma (or equivalent). Strong understanding of commercial lending, credit, and relevant regulations. Ability to read and comprehend legal documents. Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel experience. Attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills. Adaptability, collaboration, and decision-making skills. Problem-solving skills including analysis, creativity and evaluation. Preferred qualifications for this position include: FIS Horizon XE experience. Training/experience in related banking or legal fields.
