THE ROLE WE'RE FILLING
TITLE
ASSISTANT
As a key contributor to the title team, the Title Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the accurate and efficient issuance of title insurance products. This position partners closely with the title department staff to ensure title orders move seamlessly from the initial request through final product distribution. The Title Assistant is responsible for supporting both the administrative and operational components of each file, including maintaining critical documents, ensuring file integrity, and facilitating smooth title processing. Additionally, the Title Assistant acts as a key liaison, communicating effectively with customers, vendors, office staff, and business partners. This position requires a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple files, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and compliance across all title services.

YOU'LL NEED THESE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Strong alignment with the company's core values, using them to guide day-to-day work and decision making. High school diploma or equivalent; Active title insurance license or ability to obtain one within the first six months of employment; Ability to pass a background check. 1 - 3 years of experience in escrow, title, or a related office environment preferred. Experience reviewing real estate contracts and researching real estate records. Ability to maintain files, including data entry, document management, and file-level organization. Understanding of title insurance related documents. Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office software. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills within a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
