In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the loan origination process by assisting loan officers with documentation, application processing, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist loan officers with preparing and reviewing loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate Support loan processing activities, including data entry and borrower information verification Communicate with clients to collect required documents such as income verification, credit reports, and escrow information Perform preliminary credit analysis and review loan files for compliance with applicable regulations Coordinate between borrowers, underwriters, escrow agents, and lending partners to ensure smooth and timely loan processing Maintain organized and compliant loan files in accordance with federal and state regulations Provide support during underwriting by gathering financial data and assisting with basic calculations Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic math skills and accurate data entry (10-key proficiency preferred) Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay proactive and organized Why Join Us?
