Job Description:

A well-established financial services organization supporting community financial institutions is expanding its Mortgage Servicing team. This role supports loss mitigation and foreclosure operations and is ideal for someone with hands-on mortgage servicing experience who thrives in a guidelines-driven environment. What You'll Do Support loss mitigation and foreclosure servicing activities in accordance with investor, insurer, and client guidelines Review and process loan modifications, forbearances, repayment plans, short sales, and deeds-in-lieu Submit and track loss mitigation requests with investors and mortgage insurers Monitor trial payment plans and update servicing/investor systems Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams regarding file status Maintain accurate documentation and meet required response timelines Senior-Level Opportunity Available More experienced candidates may assist with training, vendor coordination, delinquency reporting, credit bureau corrections, and complex borrower resolutions. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in residential loss mitigation / foreclosure servicing (3-5 years for senior consideration) Working knowledge of

FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, VA, USDA

guidelines Familiarity with AllRegs and mortgage servicing platforms (Sagent preferred) Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills Comfortable working in a high-volume, compliance-focused environment

Role Details Pay:

$21.00 - $25.27/hour (based on experience)

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
