7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Opportunity:
In this role, you'll review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, follow up on missing information, keep records organized and up to date, and help ensure files are processed and delivered on time.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform a formal review and inspection of all final loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness within the designated time period. Capture any required data elements in the application. Follow up via email or phone on pending documents/exceptions. Record (check-in) documents as they are received and add any comments into the database. Monitor reports to track outstanding documents. File and retrieve documents as necessary to ship to their final destination. What makes you a great fit: High School Graduate or General Education Diploma (GED). Minimum 6 months' experience working with mortgage and title documents. Title Company or Post Closing related experience only a plus not required. Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Why work with our client?
