Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to deliver exceptional service during the late-night hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing during the night shift, providing friendly assistance while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks throughout the hotel premises Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback Handle guest requests promptly, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hotel policies Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Previous experience in night audit or hotel experience preferred Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences around the clock.
