Duties As a part-time Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. We are looking for a flexible person who can work from 10pm to 8am.

Duties:

• Conducting the night audit process to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Assisting with guest requests, such as room service or additional amenities
• Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
• Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:

• Previous hotel experience
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing financial calculations during the night audit process
