Job Functions:

Audit File to ensure we have all documentation and invoices needed in order to draw docs Work with UWs, Account Managers, Brokers and Escrow to resolve any Prior to Doc issues Work with Closing Agent to balance CD or Settlement Statement if

NON TRID

Input Data into Meridian Link (LOS) and then export to Doc Magic once ready to generate Closing Docs Verify all Compliance Issues are cleared prior to releasing Closing Docs Email Closing Docs to Closing Agent Perform other tasks as needed. Need experience with working on Meridian Link and Doc Magic Need 2 Years Doc Drawing experience

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 2+years' experience as a Doc Drawer Proficient in MeridianLink and Doc Magic This Job Is Ideal for
