Bodycentre Day Spa & Fitness Studio Day Spa, Gym & Biohacking facility. Busy, integrated day spa and wellness center seeking a Full-Time Front Desk / Phone Sales / Service Coordinator to join our team! Bodycentre combines a state-of-the-art gym, relaxing day spa, and innovative biohacking-recovery area—all under one roof. We pride ourselves on excellent service and a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

Position Details:

Part-Time, 30 hours per week, must be available for flexible training shifts Open Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday & Saturday 9am-5pm (Closed Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and handling client inquiries Greeting clients and assisting with check-in/check-out New client intake forms and data entry Scheduling and coordinating services Setting up biohacking & recovery modalities (Hyperbaric Oxygen, Light Therapy, BEMER, NanoVi, etc.) Refreshing rooms, light cleaning, laundry, inventory, and other office duties Ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all clients

Ideal Candidate:

Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting Friendly, professional, and passionate about client service Comfortable assisting clients with a range of wellness and health backgrounds Experience with MindBody, ClassPass, and text messaging preferred Quick learner with strong communication and organizational skills How to
