Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant resort. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and financial transactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence throughout the night shift. Duties Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a focus on hospitality management and customer service excellence Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial reports while adhering to hotel management standards Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to guests and staff in multiple languages if applicable Handle guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining positive guest experiences, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine property inspections, and managing access control for guests and staff Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers and compliance with hotel policies Assist with front desk duties such as reservations management, room assignments, and providing local information to enhance guest experiences Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role within a resort or hotel environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in bilingual or multilingual settings Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable Knowledge of hospitality standards including phone etiquette, guest services, and guest relations best practices Previous experience working night shifts in a hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for working overnight hours is essential Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
