Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, managing front desk functions, verifying daily financial transactions, and maintaining the safety and security of our property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our standards of excellence while providing a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing during the night shift.
Duties :
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay Provide top notch service anticipating any and all guest needs. Audit and balance reports from the day shifts Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed Answer phones and place reservations Run End of Day computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shift Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts and process reservation cards Balance cash drawers and record receipts Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of hotel management practices Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns efficiently Strong communication skills for client interaction via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of service and security Join us in delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock!
