This full-time and part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality management skills with exceptional guest service. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, responsible for maintaining operational excellence, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the safety and security of our property. Your proactive approach and multilingual abilities will help create a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and offering local information to enhance their stay. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing property inspections, and responding swiftly to any emergencies or safety concerns following hotel emergency procedures. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, assisting guests and staff with inquiries or reservations in multiple languages if applicable. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Support hotel management in maintaining compliance with all hospitality standards and guest relations policies. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns effectively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols is essential. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Exceptional phone communication skills and multi-line phone system operation are required. Previous resort experience or working within a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest relations is desirable.
