A Night Auditor is a hotel front desk representative responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. This position is responsible for the oversight of specific night audit duties as well as oversees the front office during the overnight shift. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall guest experience by providing top level customer service during their stay. Responsibilities include guest registration, processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires and upselling hotel rooms. Our Night Auditors are the first point of contact, and the face of Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. If you have customer service experience and are interested in hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!
