As the first and last impression for our guests, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is primarily scheduled on NA shifts 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM. During your first few days of employment, training will take place on the AM shift (7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM) alongside the Front Desk Manager to make sure you feel confident and prepared before transitioning to your regular schedule.
Availability Requirements:
Part-Time Must be available to work any day of the week Flexibility to work holidays and additional shifts as business demands is preferred What You'll Do Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns with a positive attitude Manage reservations and process payments Balance multiple priorities while maintaining excellent guest service Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Assist with lobby cleanliness and organization Support teammates wherever needed—not just at the front desk—because great hotels succeed through teamwork What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys helping people and creating memorable guest experiences Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Communicates professionally with guests and coworkers Works well independently while also being an exceptional team player Is willing to step in and assist other departments when needed Maintains a positive attitude, even during busy shifts Is eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve Our Culture At Aimbridge Hospitality, our success is built on our core values. Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus, but not required) Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management software Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be reliable and able to work the required schedule Why Join Our Team?
