PREFERRED-Marriott & Hilton Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the night shift, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle financial reconciliations, and provide exceptional guest services. Your proactive attitude and strong communication skills will contribute to a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for during their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight success, blending hospitality management with operational excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including handling guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and providing prompt solutions to guest concerns Maintain detailed records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure smooth handovers and compliance with hotel policies Monitor hotel security procedures, including CCTV surveillance and property safety protocols, to safeguard guests and staff during nighttime hours Respond swiftly to emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures while maintaining calm and professionalism Communicate effectively with day staff for seamless transition of operations and relay important guest or maintenance issues Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in night audit or front desk roles Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or comparable PMS platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards in resort or hotel environments Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Join us in delivering memorable experiences through dedicated service and operational excellence!Pay:
