Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest service while performing essential accounting functions. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare daily reports summarizing revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics for management review. Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records in the hotel management system. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls professionally, directing guests to appropriate departments as needed. Assist with any special requests or needs from guests during the night shift, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hotel. Experience Previous experience in hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is highly advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse guests. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
