The shift is 10pm to 7:30am Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, reservations, and guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Verify and reconcile daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly, professional customer service via phone and in person. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and managing access control during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to facilitate smooth handovers and operational transparency. Assist with emergency procedures, including hotel safety protocols and guest evacuation plans when necessary. Keep internal laundry moving, will do about 8 full loads wash and dry and fold, Requirements Drivers License Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction during late hours. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
