As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service. ```Duties```

• Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
• Verify and balance revenue and settlements
• Prepare daily reports for management
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met ```Skills```
• Previous experience in front desk or guest services roles preferred
• Fluent in multiple languages is a plus
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems
