Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, striving to exceed expectations Maintain guest relations by providing detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety checks Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback documentation Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit procedures Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and active listening capabilities Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems to streamline check-in/out processes Ability to handle sensitive financial transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels at home!
