Night Audit Job Description:

Comfort Inn & Suites Orange is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service during overnight hours while completing the nightly audit and ensuring the hotel operates smoothly and securely.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Check guests in and out accurately. Answer phones and assist guests with questions or requests. Complete the nightly audit and balance daily hotel transactions. Verify reservations, payments, and guest folios. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and accounting procedures accurately. Monitor the property and maintain a safe, quiet, and secure environment. Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally. Complete overnight cleaning and front desk side work as assigned. Prepare reports and paperwork for the morning staff. Follow all hotel policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred. Night audit experience is a plus but not required. Must be dependable and able to work independently overnight. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be available to work five nights per week , including weekends and holidays as needed. Must be able to remain alert and attentive throughout the overnight shift.

Pay:

$10.00 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
