Night Auditor Job Summary Hyatt Place Moab is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while completing daily accounting and reporting functions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition between business days and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for our guests.
Schedule Overnight Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Full-Time Essential Duties & Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries. Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions. Complete nightly audit procedures Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns. Conduct routine property walks to ensure guest safety and security. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Follow Hyatt brand standards and hotel policies. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Night Audit experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
