• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll or timekeeping experience, preferably in construction or industrial projects
• Working knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment ## Other Job Requirements
• Ability to work on site in Moreno Valley, CA
• Ability to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality ## Preferred Qualifications
• Experience on large EPC or construction projects
• Familiarity with Fluor systems and processes
