Payroll Manager Salary:
$80,000–$100,000 + ~10% discretionary bonusLocation:

Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly multi state payroll for a high volume workforce
- Manage certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance
- Review payroll for accuracy prior to submission through Paychex
- Maintain payroll records, employee changes, deductions, and tax compliance
- Prepare payroll reconciliations, reporting, and partner with accounting and operations
Payroll Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Construction payroll experience required
- Certified payroll and prevailing wage experience
- Experience processing multi state payroll internally
- Strong Excel and payroll systems experience; Paychex experience is a plus #
