• 110K + bonus| Hybrid | Wayne, PA| Direct Hire Lead Payroll Across the U.

S. & Canada Take ownership of a high-impact North American payroll function where you'll lead a team, strengthen processes, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll across the U.S. and Canada. This is an opportunity for an experienced payroll leader to combine hands-on expertise with team development, technology, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Lead accurate and timely payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada Manage and develop a payroll team while building accountability and cross-training Oversee payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, reporting, filings, and internal controls Partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain strong data integrity Improve payroll processes through technology, automation, KPIs, and streamlined workflows

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred; CPP is a plus 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership experience Hands-on U.S. and Canadian payroll and tax compliance expertise Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP GlobalView Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and strong Excel skills
