Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing :

Managing end-to-end payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and ensuring timely distribution.

Compliance & Reporting :

Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal tax laws and labor regulations (like

FLSA, FMLA

) and preparing financial reports.

Team Leadership Essential Skills & Qualifications Skills :

Strong attention to detail, leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, data analysis, and IT proficiency (especially payroll software).

Knowledge :

Deep understanding of payroll compliance, tax laws, accounting principles, and payroll software.

Education/Experience :

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus several years of relevant payroll experience. :
