Job Title - Payroll Administrator Company Location - Fullerton, CA Fully On-site, No Remote Temp-to-hire Pay Range; $29-30/hr. Job Summary of the Payroll Administrator position Integr8staff seeks a Payroll Administrator in Fullerton, CA, working for a logistics, trucking and supply chain management company with a workforce of over 300 employees. Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator position Gather information on hours worked for each employee Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system Receive approval from management for timekeeping and payroll functions, including authorized deductions as needed Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation rates, new hire information etc. Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and leadership Oversee/process salary changes, vacation and sick time, benefits, leave of absence, terminations Collect/verify Payroll Change Authorization Forms Assist in audit activities Respond to payroll inquiries from employees in a timely manner Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions Ensure employee payroll processing follows federal and state laws Prepare reports for management, finance department etc. weekly or as needed Requirements of the Payroll Administrator position Minimum of 5-years of payroll administration and processing experience. Experienced in multistate, time and attendance, and able to process payroll for 300+ workers ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel is a MUST Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of CA labor laws Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices High school graduate or equivalent Bilingual Spanish required Logistics, Trucking or Transportation industry experience preferred. Certified Payroll experience a plus Updated resume is required for consideration. Only Local candidates will be considered - Position does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
