Job Description

Job Summary:
This position is accountable for preparing and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. This includes audits of pay practices and policies, reconciliation and payment of payroll tax liabilities and various voluntary deductions and preparing manual checks as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required) Work Experience Minimum two (2) years Computerized payroll experience (required) Minimum one (1) year Healthcare payroll (preferred) Minimum one (1) year With quarterly 941's and W-2 processing (preferred) Skills and Abilities Computer Skills 10-key by touch. Experience with ERP/Payroll systems. Computer Skills Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and time and attendance systems preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. $28.90 - $42.00
