Job Overview Do you enjoy finding details others miss? We're looking for a Payroll Analyst who enjoys ensuring every payroll is accurate before employees are paid. You'll work alongside an experienced Payroll Lead reviewing payroll information, reconciling data, researching discrepancies, and supporting employees throughout the payroll process. Validate compensation, effective dates and special payments. Track relocation bonuses and transition payments. Review employee timecards. Resolve missing punches and payroll exceptions. Complete employment verification requests. Respond to payroll inquiries. Escalate complex payroll issues. Perform benefit reconciliations. Support payroll audits. Gather documentation for agency requests. Maintain payroll records. Protect confidential employee information. Job Requirements Payroll, HR Operations, Accounting or Bookkeeping experience. Experience supporting payroll processing. Strong reconciliation skills. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Strong communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information.
