Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Payroll focused Data Entry Clerk to join their team for a 3-month contract opportunity. This role will be supporting a large healthcare system with 33,000+ internal employees with ensuring payroll data is accurate, complete, and entered timely before payroll processing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll knowledge and strong data entry and customer service skills who is looking to grow within payroll operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Day to day functions may include employee data maintenance over the phone and email, timekeeping support, payroll data entry, and auditing/quality control. - Basic Payroll knowledge (Understanding of gross-to-net, deductions, taxes) o Experience manually calculating a paycheck from gross to net o Ability to validate timecards and identify discrepancies within pay
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Any Payroll certifications
- UKG experience
- Finance/Accounting Degree
