Job Description

Position Summary The Senior Administrative Assistant - Payroll Coordinator is responsible for entering payroll data for the organization. This role ensures accurate, timely payroll and supports employees with payroll-related inquiries. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer of Sharfi Holdings, Inc. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration
  • Enter payroll data into payroll system with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain payroll records, wage changes, deductions, and garnishments.
  • Audit timecards, PTO balances, and attendance records.
  • Assist with preparing payroll reports for Finance Department.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and support managers with timekeeping issues.
  • Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 reconciliation and distribution. HRIS & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and status updates.
  • Support system upgrades or transitions to new HR/payroll platforms. Administrative Projects
  • Support with special projects including audit preparation, purchasing for the CEO, and digital filing. Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Spanish Speaking Preferred
  • 5 years senior administrative experience supporting a finance or accounting department
  • Experience with financial platforms such as Quickbooks, Vensure, or Workforce Elite
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
